Central Water Desalination Plant Reverse Osmosis Water Purification:
Designed and manufactured, water desalination plants are equipped with reverse osmosis (RO) technology.
This technology produces pure, clear water, removing hard salts and 99 percent of microbes, particles, microscopic bacteria, and organic matter.
This makes them safe for use in homes, industrial and commercial sectors, and other applications.
Furthermore, desalination systems are simple to install and operate, and do not cause any contamination during the water purification process.
This makes RO systems the ideal choice for producing pure, potable water. In addition, customized primary and secondary water filtration systems are available to meet various customer requirements, as well as to ensure that customer budgets and water quality are met.
The company also provides an automatic water filling line, providing a time- and money-saving pure water production system.
The main components of a central desalination plant are:
Preliminary Treatment System:
This system ensures the quality of the feed water by reducing the contamination rate of untreated water, residual chlorine, and other impurities.
This system includes a raw water pump, a dosing device, a quartz sand filter, a carbon filter, and a fine filter.
RO (Reverse Osmosis) Unit: This unit ensures that the feed water is potable after removing impurities and bacteria.
This unit includes a high-pressure pump, a membrane, and a membrane jacket.
Post-Treatment System:
This system performs more filtration processes than those performed by an RO system.
It consists of cloud filtration, solar filtration, mixed filtration, disinfection, microfiltration (membrane filtration), ion exchange, and more.
Rinse System: This system restores the RO system by flushing if the system is contaminated.
This system consists of a rinse tank, a pump, and a fine filter. The station operates at a salt content of 2500 TDS.
The system does not include sand and carbon multi-media filters, which are determined after testing a water sample.
The system does not include impurity filters.
The system does not include chemical injection pumps and their accessories, which are determined after testing a water sample.
The chemical types (precipitant, chlorine, soda, acid) are determined after testing a water sample.
